Yes, you can add notes to the readings on logs page by following one of these methods:

On a manual entry a log:

• Enter reading manually
• Add notes at the bottom
• Tap "Save"

On an existing log:

Method 1:

• Swipe the log to the left
• Tap the pencil icon
• Type notes at the bottom
• Tap "Edit"

Method 2:

• Tap the expand window arrow
• Tap pencil icon
• Type notes in text box
• Tap save notes

To view your notes tap the expand window arrow on the top right corner.
