1. Open Oxiline App

2. Tap on desired device

3. Tap the Ellipsis "..." on the upper right corner

4. Tap " Add Log Entry"

5. Enter data and select correct day/time

6. Tap "Save"

Note: If you do not immediately see your log, refresh the page by pulling down until loading wheel appears
