Method 1:
Refresh the app using one of the following methods:
- On the Devices Page, pull down the screen until the loading icon appears (image 1)
- Tap on the Device. On the "Live Page" tap the refresh button (image 2)
Method 2:
- Close the Oxiline App
- Turn the Bluetooth on your phone off, wait one minute and turn it back on
- Open the Oxiline App
Method 3:
- Close the Oxiline App
- Remove the batteries from the device, wait one minute and reinsert them
- Open the Oxiline App
Method 4:
- Uninstall Oxiline App from your phone
- Remove the batteries from the device, wait one minute and reinsert them
- Reinstall the Oxiline App on your phone
Note: If you are using one device for more than one phone, make sure the other phone is out of range or the Bluetooth is turned off
