Set-Up: Download the Oxiline app, create a profile and log in. Follow the instruction on the app to connect the Pressure X Pro to the Oxiline app.

Prepare: The validity of your results will highly depend on how accurately you follow these instructions:

Avoid smoking, eating, drinking caffeinated drinks, or exercising for 30 minutes before taking a measurement.

For the most optimal results, measure once in the morning before breakfast and once in the evening before bedtime.

Sit upright in a chair with both feet on the floor. Do not cross or move your legs while measuring.

Remove tight-fitting or thick clothing from your upper arm. Ideally, wear short or no sleeves to avoid clothing altogether.
3. Measure: Once the Pressure X Pro is connected to your smartphone via the Oxiline app follow the steps below
1. Pull on the end of the cuff until it wraps securely around your upper arm. For the most accurate results take measurements in both arms. (More info on how to properly place the cuff is described below)
2. Place your lower arm flat on a table, leaving the center of your palm naturally upwards, sitting upright, and ensuring the center of the cuff and your heart are at the same level. (See Reference Image 1)
3. Do not move or talk while taking a measurement.
4. Open the Oxiline App
5. To begin measuring press the start button on the device. Once the Green "Connected" dot appears on the Oxiline App, tap the device
6. When the measurement is complete, the cuff will automatically deflate and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate results will be displayed on the App.
4. Follow Through: Try to measure at the same time every day. Get help for setting daily notification reminders here
